iWork Apps: Pages, Numbers, Keynote
Adobe Icons: Entire CS5 collection and beta program Adobe Edge
3rd Party Apps: Transmission, uTorrent, VLC, Twitter, Steam, Team Fortess II (for Steam), Skype, Rdio, Echofon, Candybar, Adium (in online, offline, and invisible status), as well as the Titanium Beta 3 icon.
Secondly, I wanted to point out a few of the changes from Beta 2 to Beta 3 • There is a brand new, updated Pages icon. The difference is that there is now ink inside. • There are over 20+ new icons added in this update. • New Trash icons follow same theme, stand out just as well. • New included dock and 5 wallpapers to go along with the theme, each, except for the Titanium Logo are sized at 2560X1600. Feel free to resize and use it personally if you'd like. • There will be only one more beta before the final release.
Extra Note about Beta 3: With Beta 3, I have decided to through in a copy of the iCal empty and iCal with Overlay icons. These icons cannot be installed with the help of newer versions of Panic's CandyBar application. If you would like to install them, please locate your iCal.app application, right click and choose Show Package Contents, navigate to Contents then to Resources, find the current icons (both empty and normal), rename them both with an extra character … DO NOT DELETE OR OVERWRITE THE ORIGINALS … BE SURE TO BACK THE ICONS UP SOMEHOW … and paste the new icons in and rename them to what the application already had so that they could be read.
Also, with the iCal icon, for some reason when it's being displayed in the dock, without the program being open, the standard stock icon will show up. This does not happen for some reason when viewing the application in Finder. Also, it shifts to the new application when running. A fix will come very soon once I figure out how to do it.
Final Thoughts: Unfortunately, Beta 3 took forever. This was due to a number of personal matters that I had to attend to before continuing. As stated above, there will be one more Beta before the final release of this icon set. From now on, all suggestions for app icons will be pushed out via 5-packs. When a steady number of packs come out, I'll begin work on my newest project.
Awesome set! Id like to create some other icons from the CS5 colours.. do you have an original one I can use to create some other icons for my other folders? whatablond@gmail.com )))
I am planning on redoing the set very soon. There are a lot of essential projects I've got to complete beforehand. I could possibly release these for Windows too. Sorry they aren't compatible at the moment, but they will be once the new set comes around.
Alright then Thanks, these are really great icons, and was a bit disappointed that they weren't directly compatible. But I used iConvert [link] to convert them to 128x128 .PNG format images compatible w/ Windows, I have added you to DevWATCH for future reference! GREAT JOB, AND THANKS!
